Absolutely breathtaking Himalayan Ice Quartz. It displays outrageous clarity, Cathedral growths, self-healing, Chlorite inclusions, and Lemurian etchings.
Himalayan Quartz is incredibly special. Harvested exclusively by locals, by hand, at high elevations in the Kullu Valley of India (also known as the Valley of Gods) during a very short mining season. These amazing stones are estimated to be over 200 million years old.
Himalayan Quartz is said to have a clear, pure energy much like the appearance of the stones themselves. Himalayan Quartz is also believed to be a master healer and strong manifestation stone.
Ice Quartz is a term used to describe high-grade Clear Quartz that is found under the ice in the Himalayan mountains. Often, these pieces have exceptional clarity.
Cathedral Quartz occurs when multiple lesser crystals partially grow out of a main crystal along the same parallel axis, giving the crystal a “layered” or “stepped” appearance. Cathedral Quartz is said to facilitate a connection to a collective consciousness and access ancient wisdoms.
Crystals that are self-healed have numerous small terminations or other crystal growth in the spot where it has broken above its base and has begun to heal itself with new crystallization. These are said to be very powerful healing stones.
Chlorite, usually found in phantom form, is a green inclusion. It looks like bits of beautiful moss inside and/or on the surface of the crystal. Chlorite is said to be a powerful healer of the physical body, clearing blockages (i.e traumas) and allowing free flow of energy through the meridians.
"Lemurian" describes horizontal etchings on the surface of the crystal. These etchings are said to hold ancient wisdom and are believed to help us rise above the noise of everyday society and find our true place in the universe.
