SUGGESTED USE: Mix 1 - 2 teaspoons with water* to make a thin paste and spread evenly on skin. Gently massage into skin then rinse to cleanse and exfoliate.
*You may also use yogurt, honey, lemon juice, or apple cider vinegar in addition to, or instead of water.
To use as a mask, leave on until dry before rinsing.
