Shipping

We take the utmost pride in packing and shipping your orders. All orders are shipped in sustainable packaging with an emphasis on making sure they arrive to you safely, securely and as quickly as possible.

We ship USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping can be upgraded to USPS Priority at checkout. You will get a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, and you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days once shipped.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for online orders. Items must be returned in original packaging and in original condition. Sale items are ineligible for returns. We will supply you with a pre-paid USPS label and refunds will not include original shipping costs.

To initiate a return, please email us at returns@ravenstonegifts.com and include your name, order number and reason for returning.

Your satisfaction is important to us and we are here for you if you are not completely satisfied with your Ravenstone purchase, so please let us know what we can do to help. Any non-return inquiries can be directed to us at info@ravenstonegifts.com.
