Shipping

We take the utmost pride in packing and shipping your orders. All of our orders are shipped in sustainable packaging with an emphasis on making sure they arrive to you safely, securely and as quickly as possible.

We mainly ship USPS First Class. Shipping can be upgraded to USPS Priority at checkout. You will get a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Our processing time is 1-2 business days, and you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days once shipped.

Returns

Crystals and stones (including stone bracelets) are final sale. Other items in unused, original condition may be returned for store credit within seven (7) days of purchase. You can also return/exchange purchases made online in our brick and mortar location for store credit. 

Item(s) must be returned in unused condition and in its original packaging. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Sale items and special orders are non-refundable. 

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you for the purchase price.
