Ravenstone accepts the following methods of payment: All major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, AfterPay, Affirm, and Klarna. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders or CODs for online purchases. We do accept cash for in-store purchases.

All prices are in US Dollars.

We will make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, although we do occasionally sell out of products. If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible via email or phone. Any changes will be reflected in your order total, as well as your shipping confirmation.

Shipments to addresses within the state of MA are charged a 6.25% sales tax. All other states will not be charged a sales tax.

We take the utmost pride in packing and shipping your orders. All orders are shipped in sustainable packaging with an emphasis on making sure they arrive to you safely, securely and as quickly as possible.

We ship USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping can be upgraded to USPS Priority at checkout. You will get a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Our processing time is 1-2 business days, and you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days once shipped.

We don't accept returns and we consider all of our items final sale.

Yes. The jewelry we create and the jewelry we curate is all nickel-free.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Our jewelry is designed to withstand normal wear without fading or tarnishing. For longevity, avoid exposure to moisture.

Are your crystals and stones ethically sourced? Are they real?

Yes!

We hand-select every piece we sell from a small number of trusted miners and importers whom we work with face-to-face, and who practice transparent sourcing. The stones we carry are genuine, and they’re curated with love.

How do I know what crystal to choose?
