Really awesome freestanding Preseli Bluestone.
Also known as Spotted Dolerite, this rare material is historically significant for its presence in the inner ring of the Stonehenge monument.
Found exclusively in the Preseli Hills in Pembrokeshire, Wales, this incredibly heavy stone had to be transported over 150 miles to the site of Stonehenge. Exactly how this was managed back around 2300 BC is still debated today, but the amount of effort it must have required suggests the material was considered significant and sacred.
Metaphysically, these are believed to offer their holder a deep sense of grounding and enhanced spiritual connection. This is an amazing stone to meditate with for past life insights and ancestral work.
